Key Responsibilities Providing general administrative support to the office team Managing emails and handling correspondence professionally Using spreadsheets to input, update, and maintain accurate data Supporting scheduling, records, and document management Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required Essential Skills & Experience Previous office administration experience Confident use of email and spreadsheet software (e.g. Outlook, Excel) Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines Desirable (Preferred) Experience using Access/ATS systems (training can be provided) Additional Information Flexible working hours to suit the needs of the business Occasional weekend work may be required by mutual agreement Why Join All Care?
