As our Team Leader, Global Recruitment, you won't just lead a team, you'll shape long-term international talent pipelines, balance hands-on recruitment delivery with people leadership, and help evolve how global educator supply is built for the future.
This role sits at the heart of our mission to ensure every child, everywhere, can learn without disruption, by making sure the right educators are supported, engaged and ready to move when the time is right.
Your first few months:
Build deep understanding of ANZUK's global recruitment markets, systems, and educator mobility pathways
Take ownership of an active recruitment desk, guiding candidates through long-cycle international recruitment journeys
Build strong relationships with Global Recruitment Consultants across the UK, Europe, Canada and Australia
Gain confidence across visa, registration and relocation requirements for Australia and New Zealand
Start identifying opportunities to strengthen candidate engagement and pipeline health
From there, you'll have the opportunity to:
Shape global recruitment strategy and educator mobility approaches
Influence sourcing channels, partnerships and campaign-based recruitment models
Grow into broader global leadership or specialist roles as the business scales
Expand your impact across regions, markets and future verticals
About you
You thrive in fast-paced environments where responsiveness matters. You enjoy being relied upon and take pride in following through.
You likely bring:
Experience in international recruitment, global talent mobility or long-cycle recruitment environments
Strong ability to engage, nurture and convert candidates over extended timeframes
Confident balancing hands-on delivery with coaching and leadership responsibilities
Comfortable working across visas, registration and compliance-led markets
Collaborative, pragmatic and solutions-focused
Energised by evolving, complex environments where no two days look the same
Exposure to schools, education or temporary staffing is highly regarded - but not essential.
Most importantly, you take ownership, build genuine relationships, and show up with a practical, positive attitude when things get busy.
