Look no further! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Family Help Manager to join our new Integrated Front Door team here at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council.
The Family Help Integrated Front Door Manager will lead a frontline team responsible for providing timely, high-quality responses to contacts about children, young people, and families. The role ensures that families receive the right help at the right time by coordinating robust screening, decision-making and signposting, within a multi-agency environment.
You will develop strong partnerships across agencies, promote shared responsibility for safeguarding and early help and support partners to understand thresholds and referral pathways.
The role involves overseeing practice quality, providing professional advice and challenge, monitoring performance, fostering reflective learning and driving continuous service improvement. You will champion strengths-based, systemic practice and contribute to a positive, collaborative workforce culture across Children’s Services.
