The Role of the Territory Sales Manager:
8. The main element of the role as the new Territory Sales Manager/BDM is to sell a portfolio of hip and knee & shoulder implants along with other consumables but mainly implants. (Both primary & revision surgery)
9. Liaising & supporting orthopaedic surgeons, consultants & nurses
10. Ensuring that business is retained.
11. Manage your own workload within the hospitals.
12. 50/50 split with new business & existing business.
13. Covering London and surrounding areas
The Ideal Person for the Territory Sales Manager:
14. It is all about drive and motivation, there is a lot that the company can offer but must be earned by hard work and determination to achieve goals.
15. Looking for people with orthopaedic theatre sales experience needs to be 5 years min.
16. Really need to have a good understanding of orthopaedics and good contacts on territory.
17. A successful sales track record of success is also a big bonus.
18. Will potentially consider neuro/spine candidates or exceptional theatre sales people who are very bright and intelligent and can take information and retain it.
