Key Responsibilities of a Project Coordinator:
1. Project Coordination & Support – Assisting in planning and executing project activities, tracking deadlines, and supporting project managers.
2. Documentation & Reporting – Managing project documentation, budgets, and reports while ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
3. Stakeholder & Communication Management – Acting as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, coordinating vendors, and keeping teams informed.
4. Risk & Compliance Management – Monitoring project risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting with quality control.
5. Resource & Logistics Coordination – Working closely with Procurement and IT teams, arranging materials, and supporting onboarding of new team members.
6. Problem-Solving & Risk Management – Identifying challenges early, adapting plans, and ensuring smooth project execution.
Essential Skills & Experience of a Project Coordinator:
7. Strong organisational and administrative abilities
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively
10. Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills
11. Previous experience in project coordination or administration
