Product Support Administrator
Location: Amersham
Contract: 6-month fixed term, potential extension
Salary: £26,000–£30,000 per annum
About the Role:
Join an innovative toy company as a Product Administrator, managing product information to ensure smooth operations and successful product launches. This role focuses on accurate data entry, organisation, and communication across teams, not data analysis or coding. You’ll support the product lifecycle from setup to market, working closely with Development, Sales, Marketing, and Sourcing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain product databases (TLP, Apprise ERP) with accurate SKUs, specifications, and costs
* Check and validate product information before it is used by teams
* Collaborate with Product Development, QA, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure data consistency
* Manage product codes, barcodes, and relevant documentation
* Conduct regular data audits and correct discrepancies
* Improve processes for efficient product information management
* Prepare reports for stakeholders on product listings and data quality
