At Rook Matthews Sayer, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for an experienced Lettings Property Inspector to cover the Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, and Newcastle areas. As our Property Inspector, you will attend properties by collecting keys from our estate agency offices to carry out inspections (inventories, check-ins, check out’s etc) and meet tenants to carry out mid-term inspections.

OTE- £28K, plus Car Allowance
