Vehicle / Master Technician’s Core Duties
* Ensure all servicing and repair works are to the highest standards and completed efficiently
* Perform diagnostics to investigate car issues
* Ensure all works comply with the safety policy and procedures
* Complete all technical reports in compliance with operating standards
* Gain customer authorisation before starting additional works or acquiring new parts
* Protect customers cars from damage whilst in the workshop
* Complete all documentation including warranties
* All displaced parts for disposal are to be made unusable
* All tools and equipment are to be kept in good working order
* Ensure the working area is clean and tidy
* Experience as a Master technician or higher
* IMI level 4
* Technical experience gained within a franchised dealership
* Full clean UK Driving Licence
* Able to multi-task
* Able to work in a team and independently
