We are recruiting on behalf of a leading luxury skincare brand renowned for its heritage, innovation, and exceptional results. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new store launch, joining a prestigious team and playing a key role in establishing the brand in a new location.
The Role As a Facial Therapist, you will deliver high-performance treatments while providing a premium, results-driven customer experience. Working within a retail environment, you will combine expert skincare knowledge with strong sales ability to drive performance and build lasting client relationships from day one.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver luxury facial treatments to an exceptional standard
* Provide personalised skincare consultations and product recommendations
* Drive retail sales through confident, tailored advice
* Build and grow a loyal client base in a new store environment
* Support the successful launch and ongoing success of the store
* Maintain exceptional brand and treatment standards at all times
About You
* Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (essential)
* Proven experience as a facial or spa therapist
* Strong retail background with a passion for sales and customer experience
* Passionate about skincare and delivering visible results
* Professional, confident, and thrives in a luxury environment
