Job Description About the Role We’re looking for a dedicated Complex Care Assistant to support a young girl with Rett Syndrome in her family home. She loves school, playing outdoors, and trips to the park. The home also includes friendly pets — from dogs to a bearded dragon — so you’ll need to be comfortable working around animals. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your clinical skills. You’ll receive full training and ongoing support in areas such as: Tracheostomy care Ventilation Seizure management Stoma care …and much more. What You’ll Do Provide high‑quality overnight care Support with daily needs and comfort Deliver safe and effective clinical care Work as part of a compassionate, person‑centred team What You Must Have PEG feeding experience Suctioning experience Medication administration Bowel and Bladder Washouts Moving & handling skills Confidence working in a home with pets A positive, enthusiastic approach to care Guaranteed clinical training — including tracheostomy care, ventilation, seizure management, and more, with full support from our clinical team.
