Actual Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum (M1 to UP3).

Are you a passionate and innovative educator with expertise in Economics & Business? This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious professional to join our upper school, which is dedicated to achieving excellent academic and personal development outcomes for our students.
Our thriving Business department is currently offering a full-time, permanent position. The department is well resourced, and due to high student interest, there will be opportunities to teach both A Level and BTEC courses in the Sixth Form.
Ideally, we would like to appoint someone with:
* An awareness of Rosenshine’s principles of instruction
* An understanding of key concepts in business, economics, and entrepreneurship
* An awareness of teaching strategies from Tom Sherrington’s ‘Walkthru’ series or Doug Lemov’s ‘Teach Like a Champion’ series
* The ability to promote high standards of student learning, achievement, and behaviour through effective collaboration
* The ability to deliver inspiring lessons
