Join a dedicated team comprising therapeutic workers, a multidisciplinary team, and a clinical team working at our therapeutic community, which includes a school and onsite clinical support. Our approaches may include psychotherapy, CBT, EMDR, schema-focused therapy, and life story work to promote healing from trauma, build confidence, and support children in realizing their potential and ambitions.
Our goal is to assist young people aged 11-18 with social, emotional, and mental health needs to recover from underlying trauma within a therapeutic community setting. You will collaborate with clinical and educational teams to inspire young people to progress, rebuild self-esteem, and develop confidence.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to work shifts from Monday to Sunday, with every other weekend off.

Job Responsibilities:
* Supporting young people aged 11-18 in a residential setting with daily life activities
* Providing therapeutic support to children with emotional and behavioral difficulties and promoting independence
* Maintaining a positive and proactive approach to help young people achieve their goals
* Engaging with young people in the community and residential settings to support their progress
* Providing emotional support and demonstrating emotional resilience
* Understanding safeguarding processes and maintaining records, including care plans
* Focusing on positive outcomes and de-escalating challenging behaviors
* Working collaboratively within a team
Key Requirements/Skills:
* Willingness to work abroad
* A caring nature and willingness to support vulnerable individuals
* Experience or interest in EBD, SEMH, sexualized behaviors, and mental health
* Qualifications in Psychology, Health and Social Care, Criminology, Teaching, or related fields
* Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
* Full UK driving license
* Willingness to work shifts including weekends
* Over 21 years of age
