Your new role
1. Provide administrative support across departments
2. Work closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO
3. Manage diaries and schedule meetings (in-person and virtual)
4. Coordinate travel and expenses using SAP Concur and TravelPerk
5. Handle internal and external communications
6. Support company events, Town Halls, and social gatherings
7. Assist with onboarding new team members
8. Maintain documents on SharePoint and monitor office supplies
9. Support ad-hoc tasks across departments, including Finance
