About the Role
We’re looking for a Membership Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our growth, engaging with senior executives, communicating Blend’s value proposition and helping bring leaders into valuable conversations.
You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from identifying prospective members to securing their participation at exclusive C-suite events. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your commercial career while working closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, contact, and engage prospective members through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
• Clearly communicate Blend’s value proposition and tailor messaging to resonate with each individual prospect
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to confirmed attendance
• Build and nurture strong relationships with senior executives.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets, maintaining accurate records within the CRM system

• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven with a strong work ethic
• Resilient and comfortable engaging with senior-level professionals
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for relationship-building
• Prior sales or delegate booking experience is a plus, but attitude and ambition matter most
