Job Description
As a Field Service Manager, you will be at the heart of ensuring our field teams are ready to deliver exceptional service. Your focus will be on assigning employees to jobs based upon their skills, abilities, availability, and squad performance to maximize the effectiveness of the squad. Youll serve as the employees primary point of contact regarding training, mobilisation, pay, and assignments and ensure that all employees are current on training and performance reviews. Where applicable you will oversee a specific employee base and work with clients to help facilitate business needs and requests for their customer base.
Location: Rugby, Loughborough, UK Remote (travel required)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that a structured plan for technician development is ready for the recruitment process.
2. Recruitment of the best technical resources for the Field Service Craft Team to develop a squad centric mentality.
3. Assign employees to jobs based upon their skills, abilities, availability, and performance to maximize the effectiveness of the squad.
4. Oversee all aspects of field employee management, including contracts, performance evaluations, training, job assignments, mobilization, and daily support. Act as the primary contact for addressing concerns regarding training, mobilization, pay, and assignments and resolve concerns or conflicts.
