About The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Worker to join our team as a Supervising Social Worker. This role involves supervising and supporting foster carers and children, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and development.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support foster carers and children
* Deliver training and facilitate support groups
* Complete reports and contribute to carer reviews and panels
* Collaborate with local authorities and contribute to child-care planning
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and fostering standards
Requirements:
* Degree in Social Work and registration with relevant professional body
* Experience in family placement or child-centred social work
* Knowledge of fostering legislation and child development
* Strong communication, time management, and IT skills
* Ability to travel and work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
* Access to a suitable vehicle
