Supported Living Services – Learning Disabilities
Hilton Care provides high quality person‑centred support to adults with learning disabilities, some of whom may have associated disabilities such as physical disabilities, sensory impairment, and mental health needs.

The Role
Our staff support people in all aspects of their daily lives so that they can choose what they want to do, when they want to do it, and who they want to do it with. Many of our tenants have profound and multiple learning and physical disabilities, and you will encourage them to be as independent as possible.
* Give regular, and sometimes intensive, day‑to‑day support – helping them to get up in the morning and assisting with personal care tasks.
* Support 24 hours a day – you may be required to work at various hours and on any day of the week.
