Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and caring individual to join our team as a Full-Time ALN Teaching Assistant in primary schools across the Barry and Vale of Glamorgan area. No previous school experience is required—just the right attitude and a genuine desire to help children succeed.

✨ Role Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support to pupils in the classroom and during daily school activities
Create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
Build a strong, trusting relationship with the pupil
️ Deliver clear, constructive feedback to encourage confidence and progress
Promote a child-led learning approach
Manage challenging behaviour and confidently support pupils away from triggering environments
