Were looking for a driven, commercially astute Business Development Manager to cover the Swansea area, selling our clients industry-leading HR and Health & Safety services to SME business owners. Youll be field-based, supported by an experienced Regional Manager, and equipped with all the tools you need to succeed.
This is a consultative sales role no one-size-fits-all pitching here. Youll meet business owners, understand their unique needs, and present tailored solutions that help them protect and grow their business. Your ability to fact-find, build rapport, and close will be key to your success.
Requirements
What were looking for:
* Proven consultative B2B sales experience, ideally selling a service or solution
* Confident in fact-finding, building relationships, and closing high-value deals
* Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
* Based in the Swansea area SA and LD postcode candidates strongly preferred
* Full UK driving licence
