LEO International School is growing — and so is our academic team!
We are looking for a highly organised, bilingual or trilingual (English–Ukrainian–Russian) Director’s Assistant to support the Director and Head of Academics with operational tasks, communication with teachers and parents, and daily operations across time zones. As a Cambridge-aligned online international school, we welcome students and families from over 20 countries — and we are deeply committed to delivering high-quality, flexible education with a personal approach.
ABOUT LEO SCHOOL
LEO School is a fast-growing international online school based in the UK, delivering the British National Curriculum and Cambridge programs from KS1 to KS5. We are passionate about academic excellence, flexible online learning, and providing a warm, personalised experience to families around the world.
We are currently restructuring our academic leadership team and seeking a highly organised, bilingual professional to join us as a right hand to the Managing Director and to support our academic coordination.
REQUIREMENTS
* Bilingual or trilingual: fluent English–Ukrainian–Russian (written and spoken)
* Familiarity with British or Cambridge curriculum (IGCSE, A-Level, ESL levels)
* Prior experience in international/online schools is preferred
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Understands how modern online schools operate: Google Workspace, Zoom, spreadsheets, simple databases
* Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information
* Is passionate about education, reliability, and attention to detail
* Thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural, collaborative environment
Your responsibilities will include:
🌐 Coordinating between academic staff, students, and parents
📆 Supporting timetables, meetings, and educational events
📊 Monitoring reports and student progress (including ESL groups)
📩 Handling internal communications and documentation
🤝 Supporting the Director and Head of Academics with operational tasks
CONTRACT & SALARY
* Freelance or self-employed contract
* 20–30 hours per week to start, and after 40 hours per week
* Flexible working hours (core hours must overlap with UK school day)
* Competitive rate based on experience
