What skills are we looking for?
* Proven and recent experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors, with strong expertise in Employee Central
* Certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module, ideally Employee Central. Additional certifications or experience across other SuccessFactors modules would be a major advantage
* Ability and flexibility to travel to client sites when required.

* Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline
* Strong problem solver with the ability to analyse cause and effect relationships
* Proactively propose alternate solutions to the customer as and when needed
* Strong organizational and personal skills to successfully communicate with internal and external customers

Right to work

Delaware holds a sponsor licence but not all roles are suitable for sponsorship, especially as, in some cases, individuals are required to work on long term client contracts, and this is not permitted under the sponsorship regime.
