The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of claimant clinical negligence files, including:Delayed diagnosis claimsSurgical negligenceBirth injury and catastrophic injury mattersFatal claimsConsent and treatment disputesThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced specialists on complex, high-value litigation while also maintaining autonomy over their own files.
Candidate Requirements
Applications are welcomed from candidates who have:Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive statusPrevious experience handling claimant clinical negligence mattersStrong client care and communication skillsAbility to manage files independentlyA compassionate and professional approach with vulnerable clientsExperience within a reputable PI/Clinical Negligence teamNQ candidates with relevant seat experience through to experienced fee earners are encouraged to apply.
