The Role
As National Sales Manager for Education, you will spearhead KOMPAN’s entry into the school segment. This is a strategic role focused on building a dedicated team, developing market-specific solutions, and delivering exceptional results. You will work closely with marketing, telesales, and back-office support to ensure a seamless customer experience and position KOMPAN as the go-to provider for schools nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a national sales strategy for the education sector.
* Recruit, onboard, and lead a high-performing consultative sales team.
* Recruit, onboard and lead an education focused marketing and telesales team.
* Drive lead generation through marketing and telesales initiatives.
* Identify product portfolio gaps and integrate third-party solutions where necessary.
* Collaborate with internal teams to streamline quoting and contract delivery.

* Proven track record in consultative sales and team leadership.
* Strong understanding of the education market and its decision-making processes.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans and deliver results.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Willingness to travel nationally.
