The Role: Handling warm inbound bridging finance enquiries from day one
Structuring and advising on bridging and specialist property finance cases
Managing deals through to completion
Working with property investors, developers, landlords, and business clients
Liaising with lenders, solicitors, valuers, and introducers
Building long-term client relationships and repeat business
What Were Looking For: Previous bridging finance experience is ESSENTIAL
Experience as a broker, advisor, BDM, case manager, or underwriter considered
Strong understanding of specialist property finance
Confident communicator with strong sales ability
Motivated, ambitious, and target driven
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Whats On Offer: Up to £35,000 basic salary
