Community Treatment and Care (CTAC) Service – Registered Nurse (Band 5)
CTAC Treatment Hub, Chalmers Hospital, Banff
15 hours per week: Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 9am–2pm
Are you a compassionate and motivated nurse looking for a rewarding new opportunity? We are seeking a Registered Nurse (Band 5) to join our friendly Community Treatment and Care (CTAC) team at Chalmers Hospital, Banff.
This role offers a chance to make a real difference in the community, working closely with GP practices, clinics, and patients across North Aberdeenshire. While the post will be based within the CTAC Hub at Chalmers Hospital and provide services to MacDuff Medical Practice, flexibility is key — as you’ll also support surrounding practices and wider community settings.
What we’re looking for:
Applicants must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and confident in delivering a broad range of treatment room and community-based clinical skills, including (but not limited to):
1. Venepuncture
2. Wound management and compression bandaging
3. Doppler assessment
4. Injections and immunisations
Strong knowledge of infection prevention and control is essential.

A full driving licence and access to a car are required for this post.
