As the Field Account Manager, you will be managing accounts within greater London & the Southern areas of the UK from Cornwall to Wales. You will be working closely with key functions within the business and will be responsible for delivery of sales and profit to agreed KPI's, whilst ensuring new channels of distribution are also explored to allow the business to grow in line with expectations.

As the Field Account Manager, you will manage the sell-in process for all product categories/account base ensuring delivery of key propositions through persuasive selling and an emphasis on thorough preparation, an excellent understanding of customer needs and focus on achieving goals. Aswell as know the product line and become an expert in the Skechers range by knowing the key sellers and newly bought and adopted styles, whilst identifying opportunities to place it.

What we're looking for:
* Some experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles (internships, part-time work, or graduate programs welcome) is preferred but not essential.
* Good written and numerical skills.
* Willingness to learn how to use data to support decision-making and build business cases.
* Strong organizational skills with ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
* Developing presentation and communication skills with eagerness to build negotiation abilities.
* Potential to influence others with support and coaching from senior team members.
* Basic understanding of business principles with desire to learn about commercial operations.
* Attention to detail and ability to identify patterns with guidance from line manager.
* Awareness of or willingness to learn about relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
* Motivated self-starter who can work independently while seeking guidance when needed.
* Adaptable approach and positive, solution-focused attitude.
* Professional communication style with developing confidence in various business situations.
* Competent with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with willingness to advance these skills.
* Comfortable communicating with different teams and eager to learn about cross-functional collaboration.
* Current UK Driving Licence (Essential)
This role will incorporate extensive travel across the UK and potential trips Internationally as and when required.
