Role - 3rd Line Support Engineer
Location - Bristol
Salary - £40K
Additional - Must have driving license and access to a car
As a member of the Technical Support Team, you will play a vital role in addressing a variety of complex support cases and supporting the first and second line team. Utilising your technical expertise, you will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, ensuring that clients receive prompt and effective solutions.
The successful 3rd Line Support Engineer will be able to demonstrate the following:
• Previous experience in a similar role within a Managed Service Provider environment.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced office environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications and managed firewalls.
• Experience with on premise Microsoft server environment would be desirable.
• Live within a commutable distance to the offices in Bristol.
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
• Ideally experienced with WatchGuard firewalls (not essential)
