Salary - £13,000 - £15,000 (£26,000 - £30,000 FTE)

What You’ll Be Doing
* Plan and deliver inspiring and interactive training sessions that keep learners engaged and motivated.
* Mark learner work, provide constructive feedback, and set SMART goals to support their progress.
* Develop and refresh the curriculum to keep it industry‑relevant and deliver real‑world skills.
* Support and mentor learners to help them overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
* Maintain accurate records of learner progress, attendance, and assessments.
* Collaborate with colleagues, employers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless learning experience.
* Engage in continuous professional development to keep your skills sharp and relevant.
What You Need to Bring to the Table
* A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent).
* A passion for helping people succeed.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confidence with IT for record‑keeping and lesson planning.
* Bonus: experience working as an employability tutor.
