ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Stay updated on UK university programs, entry criteria, and industry trends to offer accurate advice.
* Provide personalized guidance to students on university options, courses, and admission requirements.
* Deliver a high level of customer service to prospective and current students, establishing strong relationships.
* Guide students through the entire admissions process, from application submission to enrolment.
* Implement strategies to enhance the conversion rate of prospective students to successful enrolments.
* Engage with local communities, schools, and educational institutions to build a network.
* Represent UAPP at relevant events and activities to enhance the company's presence.
* Participate in events, record videos, promote UAPP on social media, and implement new content ideas on social media channels.
REQUIREMENTS
The candidate applying for the role should have the following:
* Settled/Pre-settled Status in the UK or British Citizenship.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
* Proven experience in education consulting and student recruitment.
* Strong understanding of UK universities, courses, and admission criteria.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships.
