Position
We are seeking a dedicated Client Success Administrator to join our established Account Management team. As a new member of our Client Success team you will be a point of contact within a floating resource, delivering an exceptional level of customer service whilst managing a variety of administration and contract activities.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide a reactive approach to our pool of Non-Account Managed clients
Ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Keeping sites compliant with our code of conduct - being ethical is one of our company values
Triage tasks in a professional manner, delivering the highest levels of customer service
Deal with sometimes challenging enquiries, delivering a positive outcome for the client
Manage all internal relationships in tech, service delivery and customer service to ensure client expectations are managed within agreed SLA's
Complete all admin duties relating to site set up and compliance
Ensure best practice standards are adhered to

Able to demonstrate a proven track record in a customer facing environment
Displays a passion for new challenges and problem solving
Organised and proactive handling multiple administrative tasks
Able to express ideas and views clearly, in writing, and listen and respond appropriately to others

Other information about the role
Salary: £25,396.80 per annum
Hours: 40 per week; Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch break
Location: Lancing with hybrid flexibilities after probation period
There is free onsite parking. The office dress code is smart casual
