We’re seeking a Wholesale Account Coordinator to join our team and help shape the future of our brand. What You’ll Do Account Ownership & Partnership Act as the primary operational contact for B2B customers Build strong, professional relationships with retailers and Sales Representatives Facilitate regular order book reviews with Sales to align on delivery performance, risks, and commercial targets Proactively provide updates to customers on stock availability, deliveries, and order status Identify opportunities to support account growth through replenishment, availability insights and service excellence Order Book & Delivery Management Take full ownership of order book management, ensuring accuracy and timely progression Monitor forward orders and ensure correct system entry and processing Track inbound orders via B2B platforms and other channels Identify discrepancies in purchase orders, pricing, or quantities and resolve efficiently Organise and monitor bookings to ensure stock is delivered on time and in full Work closely with Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure packing, labelling and shipping requirements are met Manage back orders, proformas and account queries with accuracy and commercial awareness Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Finance to manage credit limits, resolve credit blocks and support cash flow targets Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve delivery discrepancies, shortages and faulty goods queries Support process improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency and enhance the B2B customer experience Performance & Proactive Thinking Monitor order flow against agreed SLAs and company targets Anticipate risks to delivery timelines and escalate early with proposed solutions Maintain accurate customer master data Use data and reporting to inform decisions and support commercial objectives Continuously review account performance to ensure alignment with business goals What You’ll Bring Proven experience managing B2B or wholesale accounts, ideally within a fast-paced commercial environment Strong order book management experience with a clear understanding of delivery and financial impact A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence where necessary Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to build trust across customers and internal teams High levels of organisation and ownership, with the ability to prioritise effectively Strong analytical capability and confidence working with Excel and order management systems A commercially aware approach to problem solving Clear, professional communication skills - written and verbal The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, growth-oriented business Why Join LeMieux?
