Your background as a Stores Manager: Proven experience in stores / warehouse management with measurable success ideally within an engineering or manufacturing business. Strong leadership and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of stores / warehouse operations, stock control, and logistics. Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related software. Data-driven decision-making skills. Sound understanding of health and safety regulations. Stores Manager Responsibilities: You will oversee all aspects of receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety at every stage. Lead, motivate, and support a small warehouse operatives team to achieve operational targets. Maintain accurate product receiving, storage, and retrieval for Production and Spares.
