Assistant Medical Aesthetic Clinic Manager
£32-36k per annum (DOE) | Full-Time | Central Winchester

About the Clinic
Founded and led by Dr Victoria Gauba, Dr Victoria Cosmetic Dermatology has built an outstanding reputation over the past 12 years for delivering exceptional cosmetic dermatology and aesthetic treatments to a loyal and discerning patient base.
We are now seeking a highly experienced Assistant Clinic Manager who can confidently take ownership of front-of-house operations and the delivery of an outstanding, premium patient experience.
We are looking for someone with a medical aesthetic, private dental, or laser and skin clinic experience. This role will not be suitable if you do not have this level of experience.

The right candidate must be able to confidently step into a busy, established clinical environment and make an immediate impact.
This is a senior, responsible position — not a trainee or stepping-stone role.
Is This You?
You are:
* An experienced Front of House Manager, Clinic Coordinator, or Assistant Manager
* Bringing a minimum of 5 years' experience in:
* A Medical Aesthetic Clinic
* Skin & Laser Clinic
* OR a Private Dental Practice
* Comfortable supporting doctors in treatment rooms and working within a clinical setting
* Exceptionally organised, calm under pressure, and naturally professional
* Warm, emotionally intelligent, and confident with high-value patients
* Able to manage multiple enquiries (in person, phone, email) without losing attention to detail
* Tech-confident and comfortable using booking systems, digital records, WhatsApp and social media
If you do not have at least 5 years of relevant experience in one of the above clinical settings, this role will not be suitable.
The Role
This is a hands-on, patient-facing leadership role combining:
* Front-of-house excellence
* Clinic coordination and diary management
* Administration and compliance
* Operational oversight
* Direct support to our doctors
* Patient retention and growth
* Excellent customer service
You will help ensure every patient journey reflects the premium standards our clinic is known for.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering an exceptional, welcoming front-of-house experience
* Managing bookings, patient records, calls, emails and enquiries
* Supporting doctors in treatment rooms as required
* Taking payments and overseeing daily financial administration
* Ensuring the clinic environment is immaculate and compliant
* Managing stock, consumables and deliveries
* Maintaining smooth daily clinic flow
* Supporting social media content (desirable, not essential – training provided)
You will be expected to:
* Take ownership of daily clinic flow
* Anticipate problems before they arise
* Maintain immaculate standards throughout
* Communicate clearly and confidently with patients and clinicians
* Deliver a consistently polished and professional experience
Essential Requirements: Please read carefully before applying
This role is only suitable for candidates who have:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in one of the following:
* A medical aesthetic clinic
* A skin & laser clinic
* A private dental practice
* Extensive experience managing patient journeys independently
* Confidence handling demanding or high-spend patients professionally
* Strong digital system experience (clinic software, patient records, email systems)
* Outstanding verbal and written English
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Discreet, professional and trustworthy
* Able to work: Tuesday–Saturday 9am–6pm and Saturday 9.30am-5.30pm
* Ideally living within 60 minutes of SO23 9HJ (or relocating imminently)
If you do not meet all of the above criteria, this role will not be suitable.
This Role Is NOT Suitable If You:
* Do not have 5 years of relevant clinical front-of-house experience
* Prefer paper-based systems over digital systems
* Feel uncomfortable around medical aesthetic procedures
* Struggle in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
* Are seeking short-term employment
