Overview
Permanent, full time 37.5 hours across a rolling 3 week rota to include one weekend in every three weeks. Pay £25,838 to £26,645 per annum plus great benefits. Due to limits on our current certificates of sponsorship, we are not able to offer sponsorship to external candidates for this role. This remains under regular review.

Typical day as a Support Coordinator
* Creating support plans with customers and coordinating a small team of Support Workers to implement the plans
* Working with customers who have experienced homelessness to maintain a tenancy
* Helping customers with daily living activities such as meals, shopping, budgeting, tenancy maintenance, and moving to independent accommodation where possible
* Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and regular reviews
* Casual catch ups and collaboration with colleagues; ample time to support each customer
You bring
* Passion to support customers to live their best life, with attention to detail
* Experience creating person-centred support plans and guiding colleagues to work to the plans
* Experience coordinating and assessing customer referrals
* Ability to work on your own initiative, stay calm under pressure, and have a resilient approach
* To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes; mileage will be paid

* Occasional lone working, with regular training and team meetings
* Ability to use technology for creating and updating support plans, online learning, and collaboration
