You will be working within a highly established Product Management Team that manages the Caseflow Suite Products and will work with our customers to plan and deliver a series of enhancements to the Case Management Product, using Pega and Documentum applications.
Responsibilities
* Deliver product features/enhancements for the Case Management suite of products, working with both Pega and Documentum applications and applying both agile methodologies effectively.

* Engage stakeholders to get buy in for the product vision and roadmaps.
* Work, coach and mentor with a multidisciplinary agile product delivery team (civil servants or suppliers) with skills such as user research, service design, business analysis, or software engineering to shape the product and build it.
* Own and maintain backlogs of ‘user stories’ (which describe features and functions a user should be able to do on the product) and prioritise the order in which they will be built and released to users. These should be in line with the goals of the product set by the organisation.
* Work with the Leads in your area to understand different options for how a product or digital service might be developed, and the high‑level financial case for the options.

* Take ownership of team deliverables when they require and deliver value to the business.
* Management and trend analysis of Incidents and problem records in ServiceNow and facilitate prioritisation with other Product Owners.
* Collaborate with other Product Managers and business stakeholders to align delivery with strategic goals.
* Communicate delivery progress and benefits to stakeholders at all levels.
* Participate in, and contribute to the Product management community of practice, whether through taking part in community initiatives, running sessions or talks, or other activities which support other product managers.
* Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the full delivery lifecycle, including product owners, managers, users, and external suppliers.
* Experience coordinating business‑as‑usual roadmaps across multiple teams and integrating Spending Review programmes and external changes into a coherent delivery plan.
* Experience managing and analysing production Incident and Problem records in ServiceNow, including trend analysis and facilitating prioritisation decisions with Product Owners.
* Experience managing Kanban boards and Scrum delivery in Jira, alongside maintaining documentation within Confluence.
* Demonstrated experience of planning and running all sprint ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and stand ups.
* Working knowledge of Pega and Documentum applications.
