The Role
As our Compliance In-House Trainer, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering engaging, person-centred training across our services. From induction to refresher sessions, you’ll ensure our teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver classroom and on-site compliance training
* Design and update training materials and e-learning content
* Support training administration and evaluate training effectiveness
* Champion our values and promote a culture of continuous learning
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience within the care sector
* Confident public speaker and training facilitator
* Awareness of different learning styles
* Proficient in office management software, including Microsoft Office
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation skills
* Proven ability to multi-task and prioritise workload to demanding deadlines.
* Ability to seek and share knowledge.
* Ability to be resilient and adaptive to new situations.
* NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent is desirable
* Train the Trainer qualification is desirable
