Children's Home Manager - Liverpool

Are you an experienced and compassionate leader with a passion for therapeutic care? We're seeking a dedicated Children's Home Manager to lead our established and highly-rated 3-bedded residential home in Liverpool. This is a great opportunity to join a growing service that specializes in supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviors.
Our home currently holds a "GOOD" Ofsted rating, and you will be key in maintaining and enhancing this high standard of care.
Your Key Responsibilities
As the Registered Manager, you will oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of the home:
* Leading Your Team: Inspire and mentor a dedicated staff team, fostering a culture of excellence and person-centered support.
* Operational Management: Take full responsibility for the home's budget, resources, and efficient daily operations.
* Ensure Compliance: Collaborate with the Responsible Individual to ensure the home consistently meets and exceeds all Ofsted standards and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain Quality: Uphold and enhance our current "GOOD" rating through strict compliance and a commitment to high standards of therapeutic care.

What You'll Bring
* Qualification: An NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent is essential.
* Experience: Proven experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager in a children's residential setting.
* Driving: A valid UK driving license is required.
