The school supports children and young people with a range of complex needs, and they’re after someone who brings both experience and a steady presence to the classroom. The team especially values staff who are calm under pressure, physically active, and comfortable working with pupils who thrive on structure, consistency, and clear boundaries. If you’ve got experience in: Supporting children or young people with autism or behavioural needs Working in an SEN, PRU, or pastoral setting Managing challenging behaviour with empathy and authority then we’d love to speak with you. What You’ll Be Doing: Providing 1:1 and group support to pupils across Key Stages Supporting emotional regulation and classroom engagement Promoting positive routines and helping pupils feel safe and seen Being an active part of the school community – on your feet, in the mix, and making a real impact What We’re Looking For: Previous SEN or behaviour support experience (school, youth work, residential, or similar) Full-time availability (Mon–Fri, term time) Resilience, empathy, and a great sense of humour Someone who leads with consistency and connection Why Join Us?
