IT Technician, Whitchurch
Full time role - 37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities
We are looking for an individual to join our Head Office in Whitchurch, who has good knowledge of IT and is keen to develop these skills further. You will assist our external IT company in maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of end‑user computer equipment through the effective installation, configuration, performance management and troubleshooting. Your duties will include assisting in maintaining printers, scanners and other peripheral devices, and you will also be the first point of contact for all telephone issues throughout the Springcare Group to ensure swift remediation in conjunction with our external phone company. Your duties will also include assisting our GDPR Compliance Officer and you will have the opportunity to become involved in project work.
The role is to support 31 locations, so you must have a full driving licence, and as part of the role will attend sites as necessary.

* Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
* A professional manner is always required.
* Flexible and pro‑active attitude towards work.
* 23 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Salary is dependent on experience.
Successful applicants would require two written references, a standard/enhanced DBS (depending on role) and evidence of a right to work in the UK.
