A day in the life of a Branch Partner
* Leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency team
* Coaching the team to achieve KPIs
* Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (including conducting one-to-one meetings)
* Encouraging your team’s development and progression
* Focusing on generating new and repeat business
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
* Liaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings
* Negotiating offers and closing sales
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and managing business risks
Essential Skills of a Branch Partner
* Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator, Property Valuer, or higher role
* Ability to foster a team spirit and create an enjoyable working environment
* Effective communication skills to build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues
* Ability to develop and implement business plans for your branch
* Competence in monitoring local competitors’ performance
* Strong knowledge of current estate agency legislation
* Capacity to manage time-sensitive, high-volume workloads
* Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Good telephone manner
* Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office)
* Attention to detail
