Location: Basingstoke – Hybrid – Three Days in Office Employment Type: Full-Time/Permanent
Salary: Up-to £52,000 and 12% Bonus
Hours: Monday-Friday

Join the AA Business Services division as an Account Executive in our innovative Connected Car team. Reporting to the Head of B2B Connected Car, you’ll play a vital role in driving customer success, retention, and growth. This is your chance to be part of a forward-thinking team shaping the future of vehicle connectivity.

You’ll take ownership of client onboarding and relationship management, ensuring a smooth and engaging customer journey. Your role will involve supporting the delivery of new revenue opportunities and helping clients get the most from our Connected Car solutions.


What will I be doing?

* Act as the main contact for Connected Car customers, building strong and lasting relationships.
* Manage the full onboarding journey from first contact to successful launch, continuously improving the process.
* Collaborate with teams across the AA to deliver tailored connected solutions.
* Drive customer growth by supporting the delivery of new opportunities, supporting renewals, and reducing churn in partnership with Sales and Product.
* Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product to enhance the customer experience throughout the lifecycle.
* Gather insights and feedback to help shape the product roadmap in line with customer needs.
* Stay informed on industry trends and digital adoption challenges to identify valuable use cases.
* Maintain deep knowledge of the Connected Car product suite to maximise customer success and value.


What do I need?

* Experience of B2B client management experience, ideally within a SaaS or automotive environment.
* Strong understanding of the UK automotive sector, particularly fleet, SMR, and OEM operations.
* Proven track record managing a fast-growing customer base in a start-up or scale-up tech business.
* Solid SaaS background with the ability to support, manage, and measure subscription-based revenue.
* Commercially minded, with experience building financial models to demonstrate ROI to clients.
* Exposure to project management, especially around client onboarding and implementation.
* Confident using advanced Excel and PowerPoint to analyse data and present insights.
* A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
