The Role JOB TITLE: Account Manager BASE LOCATION: Bellshill (hybrid) SALARY: Circa £45K DOE Uncapped Commission WORKING PATTERN: Permanent I Full-time (35 hours per week) ROLE PURPOSE: Kick ICT is looking for a driven Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships with our existing clients. Key Responsibilities Own a portfolio of clients in our Technical Services & Infrastructure division. Deep dive into each client’s business to uncover growth opportunities. Be the trusted advisor—handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with technical experts to deliver seamless service and solutions. Drive cross-sell and up-sell across cloud, networking, cyber security, and managed support. Lead client reviews, build account plans, and forecast growth. Keep CRM records sharp and up to date. Smash revenue retention and growth targets. Represent Kick at industry events and partner forums. What do I need? Proven experience in account management within IT services or infrastructure. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure/M365, networking, cyber security, and managed IT services. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships. Commercial mindset with a consultative, value-led approach to sales. Team player who collaborates to deliver customer success. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple accounts. Target-driven, proactive, and passionate about growth.
