H9 Human Resources are working with a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant HR Manager to join their team.
The Assistant HR Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department across various functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years HR experience. The role would suit either a current Deputy HR Manager or a HR Advisor looking to take their next step in their career. Provide advice and coach line managers on the effective application of policies and procedures.
Managing long term sickness cases and persistent short term sickness absence to ensure effective resolution including returning to work and or ill health dismissal as appropriate.
Creating and delivering training workshops to assist with line management development of key HR requirements of their role for example discipline, sickness absence, recruitment & selection & performance management.
To maintain, develop and update the computerised HR database accurately, inputting employee data
There is the opportunity to work from home 1 day a week and the salary offered is up to £38,000pa.
