Job Title: Retail Team Member
Department: Retail
Reporting to: Shop Manager/Regional Manager
Location: Crossmaglen
Your Role:
A Retail Team Member with BoyleSports is the first point of contact for our customers in-store. Your daily responsibilities include assisting the Shop Manager and team with running the branch, preparing the shop for the day, maintaining high standards, and delivering excellent customer service. You will handle bets, process transactions, and expand your sports and betting knowledge.
You should be a people person with enthusiasm and a drive to progress to management and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Manager with daily operations
* Accept bets promptly and accurately
* Process bets through the EPOS System
* Follow all procedures
* Manage cash
* Maintain shop standards
* Adhere to Social Responsibility duties
Requirements:
* Must be over 18
* Ability to build customer relationships
* Adaptability and quick reaction skills
* Flexibility to work 7 days a week
