We're looking for a Foreperson to take charge of our Cold Mix Plant operations someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to get the best out of people and machinery alike. Full training can be provided.
Location: National Role - Project led role
Salary: Competitive Salary, Shift rate dependent experience.
Vehicle: Company vehicle provided

Your Mission
Lead the day-to-day running of our Cold Mix Plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You'll be the driving force behind a skilled team, overseeing everything from material planning to plant maintenance - all while keeping Health, Safety, and Environmental standards front and centre.
What You'll Be Doing
* Traveling across the country following the specific projects
* Oversee the full operation of the Cold Mix Plant, including start-up, shut-down, and daily production planning.
* Lead and motivate a team with energy, organisation, and a safety-first mindset.
* Monitor and maintain plant equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Manage material deliveries, stock levels, and site logistics.
* Operate and maintain mobile plant equipment (e.g. FELs), and refuel static/mobile machinery.
* Keep accurate records in line with our Quality Management Systems.
* Support maintenance and repairs in line with manufacturer and company standards.
* Travel to nearby sites when needed (transport/travel allowance provided).
What We're Looking For
* Someone willing to travel, hotel lodging is required, so should be fully flexible
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, with CSCS accreditation.
* Solid understanding of Health, Safety & Environmental (SHE) practices.
* Mechanical know-how and a proactive approach to plant maintenance.
* Experience in cold mix production and plant operations.
* Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* A team player who's not afraid to get stuck in.
