* Support the Head Chef with day:to:day kitchen operations
* Run service with confidence, especially lunch service
* Lead sections during busy periods with consistency
* Train and support junior chefs on shift
* Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation
* Support breakfast, afternoon tea, and light room service
