Manpower Recruitment have teamed up with an established restaurant in the Oxford City Centre area.
We are recruiting for an experienced General Restaurant Manager to over see two sites, within a small distance.
The role is full time, permanent and would require full flexibility for mornings, weekends and evenings, working from a 5/7-day rota.
The role is paying £60000pa-£65000pa depending on experience.
We are now seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant/GM to join our team and help us continue to thrive of our Restaurants, that are extremely well known in the Oxford area.
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of service and quality that our guests have come to expect in both sites. Hands-on front-of-house role, where you will lead and inspire your restaurant team
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service
Customer Service: Maintain and strengthen our excellent customer relationships and maintain and strengthen our reputation for quality and hospitality.
Scheduling for both Summertown & Jericho restaurants.
Stock Management: Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with Head Chef to ensure that meals provided are available with full menu offer.
Proven Experience: Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
Financial acumen and budgeting experience.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
