Key Responsibilities
1. Investigate and manage reports of Anti-Social Behaviour within the local community, ensuring swift and effective action in line with policies and procedures.
2. Engage with residents, local authorities, and other stakeholders to understand issues and deliver appropriate interventions.
3. Provide expert advice and support to victims of ASB, offering solutions to help resolve incidents and prevent escalation.
4. Work closely with partner agencies, including the police and housing providers, to address the root causes of ASB.
5. Carry out site visits, inspections, and case reviews, documenting all actions and outcomes thoroughly.
6. Prepare and present reports for legal proceedings, including gathering evidence for ASB hearings and court cases when required.
