The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload as part of a team, advising employers and employees on a wide range of employment law matters, including:
* Drafting and negotiating employment contracts.
* Advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures.
* Representing clients in Employment Tribunals.
* Handling TUPE transfers and redundancy consultations.
* Providing guidance on workplace disputes.
* Advising on Settlement Agreements.
* Delivering HR and employment law training to clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing your own caseload.
* Building strong client relationships.
* Providing practical advice tailored to client needs.
* Keeping up-to-date with changes in employment law and ensuring compliance.
* Assisting in business development activities to expand the firm’s client base.
* Working with colleagues to help clients grow this business with employment advice.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
* Strong technical knowledge of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious.
* Proven ability to manage a varied caseload.
* Excellent client care.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering results.
* A desire to contribute to the growth and success of the firm.
