The Team
Veeqo (veeqo.com) — a startup acquired by Amazon in 2021 — is Amazon’s recommended shipping, inventory, and warehouse management solution for Sellers. Our vision is to become the multi-channel solution for eCommerce sellers, managing fulfillment across all online stores and shipping orders efficiently. We focus on rapid growth with a customer-centric approach. Our marketing team leverages data, insights, and automation to increase awareness and engagement, working closely with sales and product teams.
The Role
We seek an exceptional Principal B2B Growth Marketing Lead to own marketing programs and strategy, enhancing seller awareness, adoption, and engagement with Veeqo. You will develop, implement, and optimize marketing initiatives across multiple channels and customer segments. This cross-functional role requires collaboration with marketing, product, BI, legal, and finance teams. The ideal candidate is analytical, innovative, and experienced in leading marketing teams and programs.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing strategies for growth through customer acquisition and engagement.
* Using data to understand and influence customer behavior, translating insights into campaigns.
* Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams to deliver high-quality programs.
* Managing channel operations, resource prioritization, and conducting reviews.
* Building partnerships to increase visibility and traffic.
* Planning marketing investments and establishing measurement processes.
* Working with central teams to adopt best practices and explore new opportunities.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
* Proficiency in using data and metrics to measure impact and optimize strategies.
* Ability to lead and align cross-functional teams.
* 10+ years of professional marketing experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience collaborating with partners, tech teams, and leadership.
* Experience managing external agencies and working within budgets.
* Experience creating go-to-market initiatives at scale.
* Cross-functional experience across marketing, product, analytics, UX, and research.
* Experience with thought leadership and awareness marketing programs.
